Equipment leasing is for PreK-Grade 4th.

There is an equipment lease fee of $100 for boys and $50 for girls for the season. We require a check made out to "FMYLA"  or cash as a deposit. Once you return the equipment at the end of the season, we refund your check (cash) in full. 

FMYLA leases gloves, arm pads and shoulder pads for boys and goggles for girls.  FMYLA does not lease helmets or sticks. 

Note that we will hold checks for 30 days after the session is complete.  If you have not returned your leased equipment by then, we will cash your check.
