FMYLA sponsor, Lacrosse Unlimited(Syracuse), is offering our members a discount on starter packages and select items. All orders must be received with payment by March 28, 2010 in the Syracuse store. The prices are not available in the store and must be purchased via the FMYLA team order form. Click the links below for the Package order form or the form for individual items. Forms are in pdf format. Remember, all K-1 boys are required to have a helmet, stick, gloves, mouthpiece and protective cup. All other boy grades are required to have a helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, stick, mouthpiece and protective cup. All girl grades are required to have goggles, stick and mouthpiece.

Thursday’s 6pm  to 7:15 pm – May 6th, 13th(time 5:30 – 6:30pm), 20th, & 27th
